Exercise is beneficial for all, in any form. But there are some forms of exercise that score head and shoulders over others, and rowing, or more specifically indoor rowing, is one of them.
Rowing is a great workout for people of all ages.
We have two dedicated indoor rowing suites with cardio gym equipment and interactive software for session engagement and we provide a 10 machine mobile row show for school taster and community day engagement.
